What began as an optional differentiator on land heavy deals is increasingly a standing request from capital partners across every asset class we work in.

Two years ago, satellite-enabled verification was something we offered selectively on land and agriculture positions. It is now a standard request on energy and real estate diligence as well, ahead of an introduction proceeding to term sheet.
We expect this trajectory to continue, which is why orbital and environmental intelligence sits alongside the other systems in our ecosystem framework as a standing discipline, not an add-on service.
