Verification from orbit as a condition of capital

Long-horizon land and agriculture positions increasingly require proof of environmental performance that does not depend on self-reported data.

Soil moisture, canopy cover, water level, and land use change are now measurable from orbit at asset resolution, which closes a verification gap that previously depended on periodic site visits and operator-reported figures. For land backed capital structures with ten- and twenty-year horizons, this kind of independent, repeatable measurement is moving from a differentiator to a diligence requirement.

We treat satellite-enabled monitoring as a standing tool now, applied on any engagement where the underlying land condition is itself the asset being underwritten.
